Estimates, schedules, drawings, and reports are prepared from the documents and information provided, and reflect data available at the time of preparation.

Your responsibility

You review every deliverable and remain responsible for final bid pricing, submissions, and filings made under your name.

Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Work begins only after you accept the fee and delivery date.

Revisions

If addenda or changes alter the scope after delivery, we quote the update before doing the work.
