Estimates
Estimates are prepared from the drawings and specifications provided. Unit costs reflect data available at the time of preparation.
Your responsibility
The contractor reviews every estimate and remains responsible for final bid pricing and submission.
Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Work begins only after you accept the price and delivery date.
Revisions
If addenda change the scope after delivery, we quote the update before doing the work.
